Session one - Why it's happening
Justine works with you to understand what is going on. Justine uses a trauma informed technique to regulate the nervous system and shift the responses that are causing issues. This is where the real work begins.
Session two - Deeper hypnotherapy
We go deeper - reinforcing and solidifying the change. Most clients report a profound feeling of becoming themselves again after the session.
Ongoing support if you need it
Follow-up sessions are available at $220. Many clients need only the initial two (unless doing a package program) - but Justine is here if you need continued support for other issued addressed.

Yes - and the evidence is growing. Gut-directed hypnotherapy is now a first line clinical recommendation for IBS. Hypnotherapy for smoking cessation out performs cold-turkey by a significant margin. For trauma, pain and anxiety, there is substantial peer reviewed research. What matters most is the practitioners skill and a client willing to work together.
Hypnotherapy supports your mental wellbeing but doesn't replace medical or mental health care.
Justine’s sessions, as well as her hypnotherapy diploma training, are offered online via Zoom. This is because it is much easier for your mind to feel safe in an environment it already knows.
The techniques she uses also require her to see your face clearly, which is often easier on Zoom than in person. We naturally enter a light trance state when we’re focused on a screen, so your mind already knows how to settle in and do the work.
And finally, when you’re changing habits and behaviours, it makes sense to work in the very environment where those patterns usually happen.
Hypnotherapy sessions with Justine begin with a two-session program for $490. If further support is needed, follow-up sessions are $220 each.
The two-session structure is intentional. The first session focuses on understanding why certain behaviours are happening and helping regulate the nervous system. The second session then moves into deeper hypnotherapy to strengthen and solidify the work we’ve begun.

Hypnosis is a natural state we move in and out of every day. In fact, I often say people arrive already “hypnotised” by their own beliefs, like: “I can’t stop eating at night.”
We don’t hypnotise people to stop overeating, because overeating isn’t the body’s natural state. Instead, we work with what’s driving the behaviour and gently bring the mind and body back into balance.
One of the simplest ways to describe hypnosis is this: it’s when your imagined reality becomes more real than what’s right in front of you.
